Trove turns a list of the films you have watched into tools for finding the gaps in it - the questions a ranking site will not answer. How many Kurosawa films you are missing, whether you have seen every feature a favorite cinematographer shot, or which directors you have finished without even meaning to.

The Collection is everything you have logged and the heart of Trove. Scout ranks the careers you are closest to completing and shows what is left of each. Radar surfaces interesting connections and helps make sure that your completeness stays that way. Badges mark milestones across what you have seen, and Stats break your watching down by dozens of interesting metrics.

The more you watch, the more connections Trove can build, helping you discover entirely new films and people. No AI, just clever use of your own data.

Trove is built by a long-time film buff, designer and developer. Paul Carpenter has been creating on the web since the 1990's and built Trove to drive his own cinema journey. Trove is free to get started, has no ads, no tracking, no data sharing and a simple, focused design. There is no faceless corporation behind the scenes, just one guy that likes movies and wants to help others discover their next favorite film.
